I have seen a few inquiries from visitors to this blog looking for information on the new homes in the Gamble road area of Richmond Hill. For those who are interested in this area here are a few tidbits of information. The newest larger development in the area is the Tribute Homes' "Inspiration" development on the North side of Gamble. There is a fairly wide selection of properties available in the area ranging in prices from $469,000 to $869,000 (based on a quick search by map co-ordinates on Jan 31st at 11:24pm).
Unfortunately I can not publish specific details about these homes, as they are not my current listings (privacy and advertising laws etc...).
